Common questions
- Which should I start with?
- If you are not sure what is wrong with your site, start with an Audit, which gives you a checked list before you spend money on changes. If you would rather not choose, tell us about the problem and we will suggest a service, or tell you that you do not need one yet.
- Do you fix what an Audit finds?
- The fix list is written so any developer can work from it. If you would rather we make the changes, we scope that separately as a Refresh, a Rebuild, or consulting work, depending on what the Audit found.
- Can you help with something that is not a website?
- Yes. Technology Consulting takes on defined technical projects beyond the website, quoted after a brief scoping conversation, and we consider smaller one-off jobs when we have capacity.
- Is there a free starting point?
- The free scan is an automated check of how well AI assistants can read your homepage and up to five linked pages. It is a useful starting point, although it is not an Audit. A Refresh begins with a free fit-and-scope review, and a Rebuild begins with a free homepage sample.
